Shipping Policy

This policy explains how Raghav Toys (raghavtoys.com) ships your orders, what shipping costs and when you can expect your parcel.
1. Shipping Charges
- Orders below ₹500: a flat shipping charge of ₹100 applies.
- Orders of ₹500 or more: shipping is free.
The shipping charge, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay.
2. Order Dispatch
We dispatch every order within 48 hours of the order being placed. Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking details with you by email or message.
3. Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery time depends on your pin code and the courier partner. Remote locations may take longer. Delivery timelines are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, weather or other reasons beyond our control.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship only within India, to pin codes that our courier partners can serve. International shipping is not available.
5. Delivery Address
Please enter a complete and correct delivery address, pin code and phone number while placing your order. If a parcel returns to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive a wrong item, email us at support@raghavtoys.com within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange the pickup and send you a replacement free of cost, as described in our Refund and Returns Policy.
7. Refused Deliveries
If you refuse to accept a delivery, the shipping charge deduction and refund rules in our Refund and Returns Policy apply.
